All standard Paw Palz orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and express order are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Currently at this time Paw Palz is not facilitating any other international order outside of New Zealand, Australia, Ireland & United States.
